Terms and Conditions

The following contractual conditions apply for private customers as well as
companies, legal persons under public law, and special assets under public law.

General
Unless otherwise indicated, product images serve as examples only and may vary
from the delivered products. All information is given without guarantee and may be
incorrect.
The contract is concluded on written acceptance of the order (this is NOT the order)
summary emailed automatically after placing the order online or on delivery of the
goods.

Prices
Prices are displayed in USD ($)

Orders
Orders can be made through our website.
All items listed as “In Stock” can be bought online. No pre-orders are accepted.
The minimum order value is $ 30.00
We reserve the right to decline orders for economic reasons (without providing an
explanation). Cancellations can only be accepted for products that have not been
shipped.
Items may sell faster than online inventory is updated, or seeds may spoil before
shipment. In this instance, there is no right to deliver the items. Undeliverable items
will not be charged.
When a product is sold out, a substitute of similar value will only be provided if
specifically requested.
The costs of plant health certificates, plant inspections and customs duties cannot be
refunded in the event of cancellation.

Shipping costs
Shipment fees are computed at checkout based on weight, destination, and
shipment type.
Additional expenses, such as phytosanitary certificates, phytosanitary inspections,
treatments, or similar essential costs may be added to your bill when applicable and
are not refundable if an order is cancelled, exchanged, or returned.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, notify us within 14 days of the date of receipt by emailing us sales@seedsyndicate.net.  Please quote your order number in the email.
