This lovely shrub can reach a height of about 3 metres (10 feet). It has a slightly succulent stem and broad, shallowly lobed leaves. The yellow flowers with a dark throat add to its attractiveness. This plant species, known as Uncarina peltata, naturally occurs in the northern and western regions of Madagascar. It thrives in drier warm temperate to tropical climates, typically found in USDA Zones 10 and above.
