Euphorbia neohumbertii is a leafy, stem-forming deciduous species from Madagascar. The stems are somewhat square, with spiky edges. The sides of the stem are green with brown stripes caused by the scars of previous leaves. The leaves are fairly thick, rounded, and smooth. The blossoms are vivid red and yellow and appear in the spring.
