Postage and Shipping

Postage and Shipping (minimum order of US$30)

Your parcel / envelope will be processed and shipped as soon as payment has been
received.

Update via email on the status of your order.

For Standard postage (without tracking), we use Royal Mail UK for postage on
international orders, and the delivery estimate is between 3 and 4 weeks. Your shipping cost
will be calculated at checkout. Ready for posting in 2–5 working days.

For Standard postage (with tracking), we use Royal Mail UK for postage on
international orders, and the delivery estimate is between 3 and 4 weeks. Your shipping cost
will be calculated at checkout. Ready for posting in 2–5 working days.

For Express Shipment we use DHL as our courier. Your shipping cost will be
calculated at checkout. Ready for shipment in 2–5 working days, delivery time after
dispatch is 2–5 working days.

Phytosanitary certificates are available on request and calculated at checkout.

Clients should be aware of import regulations; this is for the client to establish and
confirm.

Delivery time after dispatch is out of our control.
Delivery time is based on the information provided by the carrier and the delivery
option you have chosen and is dependent on the shipping destination.

Your order is ready for shipment after it is reviewed by our staff and payment is received,
required (or optional) documents necessary for import are applied for and received.
Then ordered seeds are packed freshly in the ordered quantity and dispatched to the
relevant carrier.
